Testing & inspection.
Periodic inspection is how a business proves its installation is safe. We test offices, shops, industrial units and communal areas, planned around your hours, with clear reports and remedials priced by the team that found them.

What’s included.
- Commercial EICRs: offices, shops, industrial units and communal areas, tested to schedule
- Clear reporting: findings coded and explained in plain English, with what matters separated from what can wait
- Out-of-hours testing: planned around trading so the inspection does not shut you down
- Remedial work: the same team can price and fix what the report finds
- Portfolio scheduling: renewal dates held across sites so nothing lapses
Who we do this for.
Business owners
Testing that satisfies your insurer and your landlord without stopping the business to do it.
Facilities & agents
One firm testing a whole portfolio, one report format, one schedule that never lapses.
Landlords
Communal and landlord areas tested as the distinct installation they are, with their own report.
How a job runs.
Form, phone or WhatsApp. You deal with the person who prices the work and stands behind it.
We look at the job properly before we price it. The quote says what is included and what is not.
Booked in, done when we said, and left clean. Any surprises get discussed before they get done.
Every job is tested, certificated where applicable, and covered by our 12-month workmanship guarantee.
Asked before booking.
How often does a commercial installation need an EICR?
It depends on the premises type and what the last report recommended, commonly every five years for offices and more often for harsher environments. We confirm the right interval for your premises and hold the date.
Can you test our premises without closing us?
Yes. Circuits are tested one at a time, so power is only off in the area being tested, and for shops and offices we plan the visit around your trading hours. Out of hours is normal for us, not a favour.
What happens if the report finds problems?
Each finding is coded by severity and explained in plain English. Remedials are priced separately, only for the findings that need fixing, and the report is yours to take to any contractor you like.
Do you test blocks of flats and communal areas?
Yes. Communal and landlord areas are a distinct installation with their own report, and we test individual flats on the same visit where access is arranged. One firm, one set of paperwork for the managing agent.
Our insurer has asked for proof of testing. Is that what this is?
Yes. A satisfactory EICR is exactly the document insurers and landlords ask for, and testing on a proper schedule means the request never catches you without one.
Can you take on a portfolio mid-cycle?
Yes. We take over the schedule as it stands, test what is due, and hold every renewal date from there. The paperwork arrives in one format from one office regardless of what came before.
