Can you deliver a whole fit out, or just parts of it?
Either. We take complete electrical packages from design through to handover documentation, and we also price additional works within someone else’s programme. Both get the same team and the same paperwork.
Do you do the electrical design as well?
Yes, and it is where problems get caught cheaply. Because we carry the design, better solutions get found before work starts, which is where cost, delay and variations are actually saved.
Can you work around our trading hours?
Yes. Fit-out phases, testing and upgrades are planned around opening hours and programme dates. Nights and weekends are normal for us on live premises.
Do you install data, CCTV and access control as part of a fit out?
Yes, and it is cheaper done together: one containment design carries power and data, and the security system goes in while the ceilings are open rather than after they are closed.
How big a job can you take on?
We deliver electrical packages of £500k and up with our own regular team. Sized to take on substantial commercial work, without the overhead of a huge contractor.
What do we get at handover?
Test certificates, as-installed drawings and the O&M documentation your client’s team actually needs, delivered with practical completion rather than chased for months after.
