Can you handle a whole block of flats?
Yes. That is exactly the work we built the firm around. Linmere at Houghton Regis was a full block-of-flats package covering apartments, communal areas and landlord supplies, delivered with our own regular team.
Do you do the electrical design as well?
We offer the full path from initial design through installation to completion, which means problems get caught on the drawing rather than on site, and there is one name responsible for the whole package.
When can you get site power on?
Early. Temporary builders’ supplies are part of the package, and we coordinate the DNO application at the same time as the permanent design so the build is never waiting on us.
Do you handle metering and the DNO?
Yes. Meter positions, landlord supplies and the DNO and supplier coordination are all part of the package, which is exactly the interface where multi-firm projects usually leak time.
What do we get at handover?
Test certificates for every plot and landlord area, as-installed drawings and the O&M documentation your client’s team actually needs, delivered with practical completion rather than chased for months after.
What size of development suits you?
From single new build houses up to whole packages of £500k and up. Big enough to deliver, small enough that the person quoting is the person responsible.
