How a job runs.

Form, phone or WhatsApp. You deal with the person who prices the work and stands behind it.

Survey and a straight quote

We look at the job properly before we price it. The quote says what is included and what is not.

The work, done tidily

Booked in, done when we said, and left clean. Any surprises get discussed before they get done.

Tested, certificated, guaranteed

Every job is tested, certificated where applicable, and covered by our 12-month workmanship guarantee.

Asked before booking.

Is an LED upgrade worth it for a small unit?

Usually, yes. The saving is on energy and on maintenance, and older fittings fail more often than people track. We survey what you have, count the fittings and the hours, and give you a straight answer either way.

Can you upgrade our lighting without closing the premises?

Yes. Upgrades phase area by area, out of hours where a space cannot close, so shops trade and offices work straight through the job.

Replace the lamps or the whole fittings?

Retrofit lamps are the cheap route and sometimes the right one, but older fluorescent fittings carry ballasts that keep drawing power and failing. On any unit with real trading hours a fitting swap usually wins over a few years, and the survey settles it honestly.

Do you install lighting controls?

Yes. Presence detection, daylight dimming and zoning are where the second half of the saving lives, and they go in cleanly during an upgrade while the fittings are already down.

Do you do car park and external lighting?

Yes. Car parks, building exteriors, security and amenity lighting, designed for the people using the space after dark and wired to take photocells and timers so it runs itself.

Will you maintain the lighting after the install?

If you want us to. Premises we look after get planned checks and a known team on the phone, and lighting we installed gets maintained by the people who know exactly what is up there.
