Internal & external lighting.
Good lighting is designed, not just fitted. We plan kitchen, living and bedroom lighting with you at first fix stage, and take the same care outside with garden, security and driveway lighting.

What’s included.
- Room lighting schemes: layered ceiling, task and accent lighting for kitchens, extensions and renovations
- Dimming and controls: rooms that work at 7am and at 10pm, switched the way you actually live
- External lighting: garden, patio and driveway lighting that earns its keep after dark
- Security lighting: PIR floods and entrance lighting positioned where they actually deter
- LED throughout: modern fittings that cut the running cost and the lamp changes
Who we do this for.
Homeowners
Lighting design for the rooms you are proud of. Layered, dimmable, and planned with you before the plasterer arrives.
Renovators
Whole-property lighting designed alongside the architecture, not squeezed in after.
Landlords
Durable, efficient lighting for lets and communal areas that stops being a maintenance headache.
How a job runs.
Form, phone or WhatsApp. You deal with the person who prices the work and stands behind it.
We look at the job properly before we price it. The quote says what is included and what is not.
Booked in, done when we said, and left clean. Any surprises get discussed before they get done.
Every job is tested, certificated where applicable, and covered by our 12-month workmanship guarantee.
Asked before booking.
Can you design the lighting for our kitchen or extension?
Gladly. Good domestic lighting is layered: ceiling, task and accent, switched so the room works at every time of day. We plan it with you at first fix stage, when moving things costs nothing.
When should lighting be planned in a renovation?
Before first fix. Once the positions are agreed on the drawing, the cables go in while the walls are open. Changing your mind after plastering is the expensive version of the same decision.
Do you install garden and outdoor lighting?
Yes. Garden, patio, driveway and security lighting, run on proper outdoor-rated circuits with their own protection, and switched or sensor-controlled so it runs itself.
Can you add dimming to existing lighting?
Usually, yes. Most modern LED fittings dim well with the right dimmer paired to them, and we sort the pairing rather than leaving you with flicker.
Is new lighting certificated?
New circuits and outdoor supplies are notifiable work, tested and certificated as part of the job. Swapping a like-for-like fitting is not, but it still gets done safely and checked properly.
Can you fix lighting another electrician installed?
Yes. Flickering, buzzing or half-working lighting is usually a pairing or connection problem, and we trace it properly rather than swapping parts until something changes.
