Crest was built around one idea: the electrical package should be one firm’s responsibility, from the first drawing to the final certificate. Fewer handovers, fewer communication problems, and no doubt about who owns a problem when one appears.
The team is a regular crew. The same faces on site, job after job. Enough manpower to hold a serious programme, and few enough layers that the person who quotes the job is the person who answers the phone.
