Crest Electrical Contractors is a firm of eight based in Milton Keynes, delivering electrical work from initial design through to completion, on projects from a single fuse board to packages of £500k and up.

Crest was built around one idea: the electrical package should be one firm’s responsibility, from the first drawing to the final certificate. Fewer handovers, fewer communication problems, and no doubt about who owns a problem when one appears.
The team is a regular crew of eight. The same faces on site, job after job. Enough manpower to hold a serious programme, and few enough layers that the person who quotes the job is the person who answers the phone.
Who you deal with.
Crest is owner-run. The person who prices your job is the person responsible for delivering it, and you can always get them on the phone. Not an account handler, not a call centre.
