Who we do this for.

Landlords & agents

Condition reports across single lets or whole portfolios, with the certificates your compliance file actually needs.

Homeowners

Buying, selling, or just not sure what state the wiring is in? A condition report tells you before it becomes a problem.

Home buyers

A report before purchase tells you whether you are buying a rewire without knowing it.

How a job runs.

Tell us about the job

Form, phone or WhatsApp. You deal with the person who prices the work and stands behind it.

Survey and a straight quote

We look at the job properly before we price it. The quote says what is included and what is not.

The work, done tidily

Booked in, done when we said, and left clean. Any surprises get discussed before they get done.

Tested, certificated, guaranteed

Every job is tested, certificated where applicable, and covered by our 12-month workmanship guarantee.

Asked before booking.

What happens if the report finds a problem?

Nothing scary. Each finding is coded by severity and we talk you through what actually matters and what can wait. If remedial work is needed we price it separately, and the report is yours to take to any electrician you like.

How often does a rental property need an EICR?

At least every five years in England, or sooner if the previous report says so, with copies for your tenants and your compliance file. We can hold the renewal dates across a portfolio so nothing lapses.

How long does the testing take?

A typical house takes a few hours. Circuits are tested one at a time, so power is only off in the area being tested.

What do the codes on an EICR mean?

C1 means danger present and gets made safe on the spot. C2 is potentially dangerous and needs prompt attention. C3 is an improvement worth making but not a failure. FI means further investigation before sign-off. We explain every one we record.

Do I need an EICR to sell my house?

No law requires it, but surveyors flag old installations and buyers increasingly ask. A satisfactory report before listing removes the surprise from the negotiation.

Will you quote for the remedial work too?

If you want us to. The report and the remedial quote are separate documents, priced only for the findings that need fixing. Plenty of customers use us for both because the team that found the fault fixes it fastest.

Tell us about the job.

Send it through in under a minute, call, or WhatsApp us a photo of the job. You deal with the people doing the work, not a call centre.
