Design
Initial electrical design, load assessments and coordination with the M&E and structural picture. Issues get caught on the drawing, not on site.
Installation
First and second fix across plots, cores and commercial space. Containment, distribution, small power, lighting, data and life-safety systems installed to programme.
Completion & handover
Testing, certification and the handover file your client’s team actually needs, delivered with practical completion rather than chased for months after.
