Cookie policy.

What this website stores in your browser and why. There is very little of it, and it only runs if you say yes.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

The short version.

This website sells nothing about you to anybody. It uses a small amount of measurement so we can see which pages people read and which of our Google adverts led to an enquiry, and that only runs if you agree to it.

What a cookie is here.

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. Related technologies do much the same job under different names. Where this policy says cookie, it means all of them.

Strictly necessary.

These make the site work and cannot be turned off from here, because without them there is no site to use. On this website that means the choice you make about analytics, which has to be remembered somewhere or you would be asked on every page.

Analytics cookies, only if you say yes.

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and services people look at. It tells us that a page was read; it does not tell us who you are. The Google tag loads on every visit in a restricted mode: until you accept, it sets no cookies and can only send Google cookieless signals, such as that a page loaded or an enquiry button was pressed, without anything that identifies your browser. Google uses those to estimate results in aggregate. If you decline, it stays in that restricted mode.

Advert measurement, only if you say yes.

We run Google Ads. When you accept, the Google Ads tag notes that you arrived from one of our adverts and records when you call, WhatsApp, email or send a quote request, so we can see which adverts lead to real enquiries. It does not record what you write to us. Until you accept, or if you decline, no advertising cookies are set and only the cookieless signals described above are sent. We do not use your visit for personalised or remarketing adverts.

Things that are not cookies but are worth knowing.

The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts and its photographs from the Bunny.net content network. Neither sets a cookie, but both receive your IP address in order to send the file, in the same way any server does when your browser asks it for something.

Changing your mind.

Clear this site's data in your browser settings and you will be asked again on your next visit. Every browser can also block or delete cookies wholesale: look under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking everything will not break this site, because nothing here depends on a cookie to function.
