Maintenance & repairs.
Electrical faults do not book appointments. We run planned maintenance for commercial premises, and handle repairs and reactive call outs for businesses and homes across our four counties.

What’s included.
- Maintenance contracts: planned checks and scheduled work for premises we look after
- Reactive repairs: faults, failures and trips, attended by a team that carries the common fixes on the van
- Emergency call outs: for the failures that cannot wait for a booked slot
- Fault finding: tripping circuits, dead sockets and intermittent faults, traced properly rather than patched
- Small works: the fixes and additions a maintenance visit turns up, priced before they are done
Who we do this for.
Business owners & facilities
A premises under contract gets planned attention before things fail, and a known team on the phone when they do. Call outs are handled by people who already know your building.
Landlords & agents
Faults across a portfolio dealt with by one firm, with the paperwork your compliance file needs after every visit.
Homeowners
When something trips, dies or starts behaving oddly, we tell you honestly when we can be there and what it is likely to be.
How a job runs.
Form, phone or WhatsApp. You deal with the person who prices the work and stands behind it.
We look at the job properly before we price it. The quote says what is included and what is not.
Booked in, done when we said, and left clean. Any surprises get discussed before they get done.
Every job is tested, certificated where applicable, and covered by our 12-month workmanship guarantee.
Asked before booking.
Do you only maintain what you installed?
No. We take on maintenance for premises wired by anyone. The first visit usually includes a walk round the installation so we know exactly what we are looking after before anything fails.
How fast can you get to a fault?
We tell you honestly when we can be there rather than promising a slot we cannot keep. Contract customers and genuine emergencies come first in the queue.
Do you do one-off domestic call outs, or just contracts?
Both. A tripping board or a dead circuit at home is a booked job like any other. Contracts are for premises that want planned attention and priority response, not a gate to getting help.
What does a maintenance contract actually cover?
Agreed planned checks, priority response on faults, and a single point of contact. The scope is written around your premises rather than sold off a menu, and you see exactly what is included before you sign.
Can you take over an issue another electrician started?
Yes, and it happens more than you would think. We survey what has been done, tell you straight where it stands, and pick it up from there with the paperwork brought up to date.
Do landlords and agents use you across portfolios?
Yes. Faults across a portfolio go to one number, every visit produces the paperwork your compliance file needs, and the same team learns your properties instead of starting from scratch each time.
