House extension at first fix with cable runs dropped to back boxes

What’s included.

  • First and second fix: the full electrical package for extensions and renovations
  • Kitchens and bathrooms: new circuits, appliance supplies, lighting design, safe zones done properly
  • Extra sockets and lights: the small jobs that finish a room off
  • Garden and outbuilding supplies: power to garden rooms, offices, workshops and EV-ready garages
  • Working with your builder: we coordinate with the other trades, not around them

Who we do this for.

Homeowners

One conversation about how you will actually use each room, then a design that puts sockets, switches and light where you will want them for the next twenty years.

Builders

A reliable electrical sub who turns up when booked, first fixes fast, and does not hold your programme up.

Renovators

Full-property renovations where the wiring is designed alongside the architecture, not squeezed in after.

How a job runs.

Tell us about the job

Form, phone or WhatsApp. You deal with the person who prices the work and stands behind it.

Survey and a straight quote

We look at the job properly before we price it. The quote says what is included and what is not.

The work, done tidily

Booked in, done when we said, and left clean. Any surprises get discussed before they get done.

Tested, certificated, guaranteed

Every job is tested, certificated where applicable, and covered by our 12-month workmanship guarantee.

Asked before booking.

When should we involve you in an extension?

At design stage, before the slab is poured. Agreeing the electrical layout on the drawing costs nothing; moving cables after plastering costs plenty. We walk the plans with you once early, then again at first fix.

Do we need to move out during the electrical work?

No. First fix happens while the structure is open and second fix after plastering, and neither needs the rest of the house switched off. On full renovations we plan room by room so you always have somewhere to live.

Can you power a garden office or outbuilding?

Yes. An armoured supply with its own protection, data if you want it, and enough capacity for heating and an EV charger later. If the ground is already open for the build, it is the cheapest moment you will ever have to do it.

Can you wire for underfloor heating, air conditioning and heat pumps?

Yes. Each wants its own dedicated circuit planned in at design stage, and we coordinate with your heating or mechanical installer so the supplies are ready when their kit arrives.

Who signs off the electrical work with building control?

We do. The electrical work in an extension is notifiable, and as a registered firm we self-certify it as part of the job. The certificates arrive with your completion paperwork, not months later.

Do you work directly for builders as well as homeowners?

All the time. Builders use us because we turn up when booked, first fix fast, and do not hold the programme up. Homeowners use us for the same reasons, with more conversation about where the sockets go.

Tell us about the job.

Send it through in under a minute, call, or WhatsApp us a photo of the job. You deal with the people doing the work, not a call centre.
